Heather & Michael’s Wedding – Grace Cathedral & The Presideo

I photographed this beautiful couples “micro” wedding in San Francisco and although unconventional, it was one of the most incredible days I have ever witnessed as a photographer. They were one of the first “intimate” weddings held at Grace Cathedral during Covid in May 2020, meaning only them and the priest were allowed in the church during their ceremony. It brought so much joy to people in the city to see a bride and groom tie the knot again after a few months of couples postponing their wedding. These special nuptials were a sign that there is a light at the end of a tunnel and love can overcome the suffering we have endured. This couple was treated like royalty by every onlooker and was a magical day we will never forget!
