I love a good proposal story and this one tops the charts. I got an inquiry a few months prior from the mother of the bride to be about the proposal plan and I was all in. He popped the question on their morning run at the top of San Francisco’s iconic Lyon Street Steps while family and friends huddled behind the stone wall to witness the big moment. He had been faking an ankle injury during their jog and knelt down to for her to look at it and the rest is history. With a few minor exceptions, the photographer in me could not resist restaging the proposal once the sf crowds cleared and captured some fun celebratory brunch and dinner pictures following to seal the deal 🙂
